Most clients choose to undress to their underwear, but you’re welcome to stay as covered as you prefer—your comfort comes first. Throughout the session, your therapist will check in about pressure, temperature, and overall comfort. If anything feels off or you need an adjustment at any point, please speak up. We want you to feel safe, supported, and fully relaxed from start to finish.

Cupping, hot stones, stretching, hot towels, and other enhancements are always available at no extra charge—your therapist will suggest what will benefit you most. We also offer monthly discounts and a membership option that brings your per‑session price down even further, making consistent self‑care easier and more affordable.

Healthy Habits is our membership program designed to make consistent self‑care easier and more affordable. Members receive their sessions at a reduced rate and can choose either a 6‑month or 12‑month commitment. A card is kept on file and your membership is billed on the day you sign up, then automatically every 30 days. If you ever need to cancel, we simply require a 30‑day notice. As an added perk, Healthy Habits members also receive 25% off all retail products.
